We have another fruitful meeting on November 18th. I welcomed two wonderful guests! Although the number of participants was small and some members needed to take double roles, the meeting went very smoothly. There were many reasons for the success. TM of the Day(MC) controlled time management very well arranged the meeting nicely, General Evaluator gave us her meticulous and encouraging general evaluation, Timer did great job of precise timing records to brace the meeting, Zoom Host sent us a lot of important information timely and precisely, Table Topics Master gave us understandable enjoyable topics with beautiful visual aides, Three formal speeches were about a wider variety of subjects from humorous to educational to suggestful ones. Evaluators provided us a lot of helpful, meaningful evaluations with concrete suggestions. Ah-counter as well as Grammarian did a fantastic jobs encouraging members by pointing out good English expressions. Last but not least, the Club President created a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere with great leadership!
