準備スピーチ、いわゆるフォーマルスピーチは、私たちの定例会のメインディッシュ！スピーカーは5〜7分間のスピーチを披露するために、うちで何度も練習してくるんです。そのスピーチからは本当にたくさんのことが学べます。

でも実は、もう2つのセッション「テーブルトピックスセッション」と「論評（エバリュエーション）セッション」も、とっても大事なんですよ。

テーブルトピックスセッションでは、1人のメンバーがみんなに質問を投げかけて、当たった人がその場で2分間の即興スピーチをするんです。急にお題が出されて、すぐに考えをまとめて話すのって、なかなか大変！でもこの練習が、プレゼンや面接など、いろんな場面で役に立つんです。今日はマレーシアのRoyal Premier Toastmasters ClubとのJoint meetingです。さあ、一緒に楽しんで英語を学びましょう！

The prepared speech, often referred to as the formal speech, is the main dish of our regular meeting! The speakers come to practice several times to deliver a 5 to 7 minute speech. There is truly a lot to learn from these speeches.However, there are actually two other sessions - the Table Topics Session and the Evaluation Session - that are also very important.In the Table Topics Session, one member throws questions to everyone, and those who are called upon give a 2-minute impromptu speech on the spot. It can be quite challenging to be given a topic unexpectedly and to gather your thoughts quickly! But this practice is very useful in various situations, such as presentations and interviews. Today, we have a joint meeting with the Royal Premier Toastmasters Club from Malaysia. Now, let’s enjoy learning English together!
