The 282nd Regular meeting in March 2025

March 15th – This is N,

and I had the honor of serving as the Toastmaster of the Day (MC).

Today, we were delighted to welcome three guests to our meeting.

The theme of the session was "Artificial Intelligence", a hot topic these days.

 I chose this theme because I was curious to hear everyone's thoughts on what AI might be like in the future.

During the Table Topics session, where participants give impromptu speeches, our Table Topics Master, K-san, asked ten intriguing questions. K-san first posed a question, waited about ten seconds, and then selected a participant to answer.

The chosen person had to respond within one to two minutes. Even our guests enjoyed the challenge of impromptu speaking!

For example, one of the questions was:

 "If the cat robot Doraemon could grant you one wish, what would you ask for?"

How would you answer?

本日は、３人のゲストが参加してくださいました。

例会のテーマは”Artificial Intelligence“。

最近なにかと話題になっている” AI” です。

未来の世界で、“AI”はどうなっているんだろう、みんなの意見が聞きたくて私がテーマに選びました。

即興スピーチを行うテーブルトピックセッションでは、Table Topic Master のKさんが、興味深い１０個の質問を皆に投げかけてくれました。Kさんは、まず質問をし、

１０秒くらい間のち、１人の人を指名します。当たった人は、その質問の答えを１分から２分で答えます。今日参加してくださったゲストの方も楽しんで即興スピーチをしてくださいました。たとえば、こんな質問

  "猫型ロボットのドラえもんがあなたの願いを一つかなえてくれるとしたら、何をお願いする?"
