The 289th regular meeting in October Y2025.

10/18(土)にNaniwa TMC 289回Reglar meeting をOnlineで開催しました。

今回はArea DirectorのTM TK にも参加頂き、豪州、日本、米国をOnlineで結んで定例会を開催しました。今回は8月に来日されていたOさんがゲスト参加して頂きました。

この289回例会では、TM SMとTM YSの御二人にformal speechをして頂き、リーダーシップ論や価値観の違いの分析を英語で学習しました。またDTM MHにはクラブ・コンテストも近いので、いつも以上に長い時間で有益なTable Topics Speechで本日のテーマであった’’学び''に関する質問に対して即興で回答、さらにその回答を短い時間で論評するという気の抜けない企画でしたので45分間が直ぐに経過しました。Naniwa TMCのメンバーが難しい質問に苦慮しながらも、即興で熱心に対応されていたので、本当にNaniwa TMCの皆さんの潜在能力の高さにあらためて感激しました。このように、Naniwa Toastmesters Club には、経験豊富なトーストマスターズが数多く在籍されており、英語のスピーチ力を磨くには、絶好の機会になるのは間違いありませんし、英語以外の他語学にも精通された方もおられます。是非、例会に参加してみてください、お待ちしております。

We held 289th regular meeting connecting Australia, Japan, and the United States online, with Area Director TM TK also participating. Mr. O, who had visited Japan in August, joined us again as a guest.

At this 289th meeting, two members, TM SM and TM YS, delivered formal speeches, where we learned about leadership theories and analyzed differences in values in English. In addition, since the club contest is approaching, DTM MH conducted a particularly valuable Table Topics session, where participants had to respond impromptu to questions related to today's theme of ''leanring'' and then briefly evaluate those responses, making it a very engaging 45-minute session. The members of Naniwa TMC, though struggling with difficult questions, responded Fervidtly and spontaneously, which once again impressed me with their high potential.

In this way, Naniwa Toastmasters Club has many experienced Toastmasters, making it an excellent opportunity to improve your English speech skills. Moreover, there are members proficient in languages other than English as well. We highly encourage you to participate in our meetings. We look forward to welcoming you.
